CeleBeauty Watch: Rihanna Covers (UP) Harper’s Bazaar Arabia

After appearing nearly (butt) naked for the CFDA Gala, Rihanna does a 180 and goes full-on couture clothed — literally head-to-toe for Harper Bazaar Arabia’s July/August issue.  The issue, with an editorial titled Rihanna of Arabia features the 26 year old pop star in modern versions of traditional Middle Easter garb, replete with mesh scarves.
